I'm actually a Burger King fan, but this branch is a joke. While the food quality isn't quite up to par, most of the staff are unmotivated, unfriendly, and interested in everything but customers! You can choose the eat-in option with table service, but they haven't bothered to display the table numbers. It's like they're saying, "If you're bothering us, get your food at the counter yourself." I was lucky enough to encounter one of the few motivated employees twice (I feel really sorry for them in this review). The branch itself is dirty (inside and out) and uninviting. It's a real shame, as the location near the Royal Arena has potential.

Really good vibe, the food was good and the energy from the service!

It was fresh and delicious. The place was far too big in my opinion. Another negative point was the smelly toilets; it's concerning that the staff didn't notice it themselves.

I dag 4/10-20 var det helt igennem elendigt, kolde og slantten bruger. Kolde pommes frites som havde stået længe og var virkelig kedelige. Det plejer ikke at være sådan, det kunne godt være at i havde travlt, men alligevel. Tænker at det vare længe før vi kommer tilbage.
