Lovely smiling staff, especially in the morning hours. They are always ready to help if you have difficulties at the self-service stands. The food is always hot and fresh.

Place is always busy, due to its location, and it seems it is always understaffed. Employees are very kind, helpfull and hardworking, but there are very few of them and it seems like the company is trying to save every cent possible forcing employeese to work to their limit. Nice place, very good employees, and im my opinion unfair working conditions for the workers.

All the best! Of course, all this fast food is still disgusting, but this hamburger turns your stomach less than the same one made from poppy seeds.

17/11/2024: Honestly, food was very disappointing but I need to be fear: the ribs was really really good but was the only thing good on a full menu tasting of 13 dishes. All the rest was really nothing not bad not good and honestly for the price at the end is not a very good deal. They have this concept that all the table needs to agree on which menu they take and you can’t choose what you want to eat separately, so for 13 dishes and only one is really good is very disappointing.

23/11/2024: I tried two drinks, B6 and D6. The pudding milk tea is simple and filling, they don’t skimp on the pudding which is really nice. The durian sago is sweet but keep in mind if it’s your first time trying durian it might taste a little bit like sweet onion. Area was clean, cozy and decorated. The staff were also very welcoming and super helpful with explaining the flavours as well as informing about future sales.
21/11/2024: As a mango lover, I happened to try the B4 Mango Pomelo Sago at Hygge Chi, and it was pure happiness! This is exactly the taste I’ve been looking for: the rich aroma of mango greets you immediately, and every bite is filled with the sweetness and delicate texture of fresh mango. The pomelo adds the perfect finishing touch — its tangy and refreshing flavor balances the sweetness beautifully, making the overall taste even more light and delightful. This cup is truly a benchmark for Mango Pomelo Sago, not only satisfying the taste buds but also bringing joy from the inside out. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves mango and pomelo — this is undoubtedly one of the best desserts in Copenhagen!
