Very good Burger King good staff

This Burger King is the cheesiest Burger King to date, me and my 8 year old son came in on his birthday to eat, then we get our food 27 minutes later and the food is completely cold. My son's cheeseburger was missing its cheese and one of the buns. Then there was someone at the till named Samir who refused to give us our money back. If you are considering eating here, don't and go to McDonald's instead

The busyness must not interfere with the customer's service experience. There was no tray where we had to carry our food with our bare hands. You could collect empty, used trays from abandoned tables.

HELLOOOOOO ANYONE HOME??? SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR WAITING..AND WAITING ONLY 4 CATS AHEAD OF US !!! AFTER 55 MINUTES WE GET CLOSE TO THE WINDOW ENOUGH TO SEE ONSIDE AND YOUR WORKERS ARE RUNNING AROUND GIGGLING SLAPPING EACH OTHER WITH RAGS , WHILE THE BIG HEAVY ONE WALKED OUTSIDE TO HAVE A SMOKE

The food was hot and tasty, but the portion of ice cream was smaller than it should have been. The service was good but sometimes the person taking the order didn't say the numbers correctly in English, for example he said 51 in Danish and in English he said 59. and also instead of 167 he just said 67 which was a bit confusing.

Sig om stedet hvad du vil. Men jeg bestilte og synes min ordre var lidt tør. Jeg blev mødt med et smil på læben, et blink i øjet og en ingen problem. 13 min efter går jeg ud glad og tilfreds. Hvad end de natte vagter bliver betalt,så er det ikke nok. Så søde som de er!
