Ordered food through Wolt and the service at Wolt was blatantly poor and the food was cold, but then I called the restaurant itself and the sweet Burger King employee who helped me made the whole experience much more manageable. Fantastic service at Burger King Slagelse!

Great restaurant. Nice staff, smiling, polite and they brought me the food. Despite being busy my food came quickly and was still nice and hot.

We mostly use the drive-in. They are nice and service-minded. The food is as it should be. We always ask for a receipt and always double-check the bags before we drive away. About 30% of the time there is an error in the delivered food. They always fix it and apologize, so we live with that.

The food was cold when we got it and ordered a strawberry milkshake but there was virtually no strawberry in it.
