The sweetest service from the sweetest young people, was welcomed with a big smile😀. The service is top notch and they are very helpful. The food is top notch 👍🏼 and nice and clean restaurant. Not the last time we come here 😊

Burger King is usually the best experience in Denmark when it comes to bacon burgers and milkshakes, it's just so insanely good. But yesterday I had a very disappointed experience when we ordered food delivery food for my little daughter, on 29/11/25. Birthday buys for a total of 480kr for 3 little girls when they had to choose whatever their heart desires and Burger King nothing was right everything was wrong and 3 cokes, instead of 3 large creamy strawberry shakes that I paid 17kr extra for each chicken burger instead 3 large woopers no real drink or burgers and I gave drink money for that it went in the trash instead and had to drive to Mac Donalds to save my daughter's day. What a disappointment. But I'm calling today Sun/30/11/25 and explaining myself and expecting to get the money back or an extra large credit as a band-aid. Which I hope we get because I love Burger King but not this boring experience. I must admit that McDonald's will be the future of our little family, which I hope not. But a boring experience on my daughter's 6th birthday, so I hope we get this boring mistake corrected in a good and proper way so that we can continue to come to Burger King with good experiences and wonderful burger food, which is undoubtedly Denmark's best, and I hope that tomorrow evening we can drive past the restaurant and have a good experience as we usually have. And our problem with some employees who are messing around with orders will ruin a normal and otherwise good experience and will develop into something tedious and annoying. Which will stop family and friends from coming to Burger King more and praising their good food and service. Kind regards, Alexander
