Friendly and fast service. Wide selection of hotdogs and sausages. We had a classic hotdog with three kinds of sauces, onions and cucumbers. It was delicious.

We had a red hot dog, filled with Danish red sausage. We also had a French hot dog with French dressing, which was also delicious!

13/06/2026: Excellent service, delicious food, and a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. The location is fantastic and perfect for an afternoon coffee or a draft beer. We'll definitely be back!
30/05/2026: We had brunch. It's a combined brunch. The food was beyond reproach. It tasted delicious and was made by real chefs and not just something that was bought in and thrown together like I feel some brunch places can be. It's right next to the water which I imagine can be beautiful in good weather. However, there is a long wait for waiters and food. It's also on the expensive side in terms of price

28/06/2026: We had booked a table well in advance. When we arrived we were greeted by the most smiling and nice man who showed us to a nice, clean and nice table for 2 with plenty of space. He informed us about what and how we could order and then he left and we were given time to look at the menu and find out what we wanted to eat. When it was done and we went to the buffet, everything was nice and properly arranged. Not huge portions but smaller amounts that were constantly replenished so it was fresh and delicious. The table and floor were kept clean and nice and no food leftovers anywhere. I love it. The food we got: the steaks were perfectly cooked with lots of flavor and they were super tender. Potatoes and gravy and vegetables and bread from the buffet were fresh and delicious and well prepared. We got our ordered drinks delivered right away. We were given time to enjoy our food during the entire visit. Once our host stopped by and asked if we were satisfied with the steaks and the food. And we were to a certain extent. We finished with a nice hot and fresh cup of coffee, and again we had peace. The prices are extremely reasonable in relation to the wonderful steaks and service and all the food. We will definitely come again and can highly recommend Amalie as a good place to eat.❤️
