The bakers from Byens brød og kager bake with love and attention to detail, taste and tradition as well as innovation. Finally a bakery that takes its job seriously. The store is well visited, the selection is wide, the customer service is top notch. We have not yet seen a burnt bread or a dry and dull cake at Byens brød og kaker. Every time I visit their bakery, I feel a strong urge to praise them to the skies, so now I finally get it down in writing.
