A great café! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Great service! The food was also very good and appealing. It was a wonderful visit. Highly recommended!

I’m visiting from abroad. I had many options for breakfast but chose Café48 because of the rating and reviews. I’m very happy with my choice. David was warm and welcoming from the very start. His culinary skills are superb. The atmosphere is hyggelit. Forgive my poor Danish. That said, dette en meget lækkert. Give it a try. You’ll soon be a regular guest.

Excellent club sandwich! Difficultly eating it as it was almost tumbling over. Everything beautifully served in a cozy atmosphere. Dansk Hygge(tm)

Super cozy place, really good service despite the long delivery time, but it was also fully booked and the staff were super nice. A bit noisy, but it was ok. Then you didn't feel that others could follow your conversation. A place I would like to visit again. Got a hot cup of cocoa and a cream bun, looks tasty and delicious. Quality. Actually not the experience I had expected when I saw the cafe from the outside, so is very positive.

Every time I step into the charming cellar rooms under the old town hall, I am greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always smiling, present and professional, and you quickly feel like part of the family. The food has always been top-notch. It is a restaurant that you return to again and again, and that you are happy to recommend to both locals and visitors to Roskilde. Thank you for many good times, and I am already looking forward to my next visit! — A very satisfied regular customer
