Cafe A Herlev

We were 4 adults who were supposed to have one steak each, as per the menu, but each got 3 pieces of steak cut off. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was also good.

Worst service I've ever had, it seems like everyone working has no desire to do their job. They say they'll come to wipe the table and never do. They sit you down at a table and say they'll be right back to take your order, and they never do. They see you and see you're ready to pay, but turn their heads to stand and talk to their colleague. I've experienced all of this over several times where they've never been busy, and there have been at least three waiters. But I've come anyway because I can look away from the service, and enjoy the food a lot.

We have eaten brunch here 4-5 times before, and had a really good experience. This time it was clear that the food experience itself had fallen a bit short.

Waitress Olivia is super good and service-minded!
