Cafe Bauhaus Gladsaxe

Super nice food and ok amount for the money - their roast pork sandwich is really good, although not homemade cucumber salad or red cabbage (you shouldn't expect it at that price either), but super delicious brioche and pork. Their burger is also excellent - very simple, no character but still delicious and the quality of the ingredients is quite ok. However, I would recommend asking them to save on the dressings for the burger, as they take on an incredible amount, which dulls the taste a bit...

On a Sunday, a few hours before closing time I was served a masterpiece. 3 lovely slices, great performance and very tasty for the price. The chef is alone behind the counter, but the craftsmanship is flawless. 👍
