Brilliant place to enjoy open faced Danish sandwiches. It's really high quality. Walk around the area and enjoy the unique architecture. Play petanque outside in the summer.

The food was lovely, a bit on the expensive side, nice with homemade rye bread with a hard crust. It took some time to serve food, it may have something to do with us having the food together. Interesting way to present the food with a glass bell.

When I don't rate the service, it's about the service at the serving time being perfectly fine, but the fact that you have to pick up drinks yourself is not right. Fantastic smørrebrød, the best I've tasted.

We had lunch before a tour of the Grundtvig church. The staff were very busy, but they were friendly enough and there was a nice atmosphere. Whoa Birgit

Virkeligt skønt, velsmagende og frisk smørrebrød. Smukt anrettet og serveret. Nærværende og frisk betjening. Hyggeligt at sidde ude. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Absolutely loved it. The open sandwich with liverpate was exceptionally delicious, and my partner tried the roast beef sandwich, which was also perfect. Definitely worth going there, if you are visiting the Grundwigs church. Friendly and competent staff too.

26/10/2024: The sandwich is one of the best I've ever eaten! Everything from your own hands! Top. Unfortunately the prices have risen a lot compared to the last few years, but it still deserves 5*. The owners are very friendly :)
18/10/2024: Of all the restaurants I tried in Copenhagen, this was by far the most delicious. Although Copenhagen is a city rich in food and drink options, this place truly stands out as one of the best. We tried their new pulled beef sandwich and were absolutely impressed. The sandwiches are served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere by staff who are both passionate about their work and exceptionally kind. What more could you ask for?

20/06/2024: Beliebter Hotspot der dänischen und auswärtigen (Hotel)-Gäste. Mit Andrang ist zu rechnen, ebenso mit hohen Preisen…. Herausragend gute Backwaren, salzige Spezialitäten der Smoerbroed Richtung und feine warme Küche. Sehr schwach: die Kaffee-Qualität Sehr ansprechendes, fast festliches Ambiente.
17/05/2024: Fantastic rye bread sandwiches filled with delicious vegetables. The bread in their rye sandwiches is completely unique and wildly delicious. You can really taste that they use the best ingredients. Huge recommendation
