It was a fantastic experience. The only thing I would say is that you should make the staff extra aware if there is something you want to say in your order, which is otherwise part of the order, such as plaice fillet with remoulade, that you then make them extra aware that it should not have butter on the rye bread.

Excellent open-faced sandwiches served under a cloche! The desserts and lemonade were just as excellent! We were seated at a table in the sunshine ☀️

It was a truly lovely visit to Café Bjerget. We arrived a bit cold and wet and were able to warm ourselves up with delicious coffee and a good smørrebrød. The waitress was super friendly and helped us translate the menu. She also gave us great tips for other places to visit in Copenhagen. Simply an all-around wonderful experience. We highly recommend it! 😊

17/12/2025: Cheap, delicious, vegetarian. Better bagels at this pricepoint cant be found.
10/12/2025: My absolute favorite place for a quick lunch! The service is well above the ordinary, you are always greeted with a smile, presence and a welcome that makes you feel more than at home. It is a pleasure every time I walk through the door. The food is always fresh, well-prepared and perfect grab-and-go for a busy day. A place I can highly recommend to everyone.
