Café HAV Varde

We ate here at the end of our vacation. It was indescribably delicious 😋. We both thought we hadn't eaten so well in a long time. Only to recommend.

Unfortunately, when we reserved a table, we weren't told that we also ordered breakfast at the same time and there was no instruction on how the process worked when we arrived, so we had to ask. The drinks coffee, tea, water and juices are self-service. The breakfast is brought to the table and was very tasty, class instead of mass. But unfortunately, not vegetarian for me. I would think it would be good if you were at least asked when making your reservation whether you knew that it was a “standard breakfast”. The atmosphere is very cozy and we otherwise really liked it. I also learned something again: you have to inform yourself beforehand and then I could definitely have easily pre-ordered vegetarian!

Great end to the short vacation at Café HAV On the day of departure, we treated ourselves to the valuable breakfast and enjoyed it. In addition to the very good use of goods, the highlight at the end was the conversation with the team member who lit the beautiful swivel fireplace in the interior. He is retired and we chatted a little outside the door. When asked why he was still working as a pensioner, he replied: “It's always nice here and I have social contacts here. We're talking e.g. B. are just being nice to each other and that’s priceless!” Thank you for this “message”, dear stranger!” 😊 Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent and worth every crown. Unfortunately, we cannot understand some of the comments in this regard. We definitely recommend breakfast at Café HAV. See you again soon! 👋 LG Triple Orange
