Cafe Havslapning Dragør

Completely cozy and good quality food. At our table we had salad, fish n'chips, fish burger and shooting stars. It was all really delicious food of good quality. We couldn't wait to eat until the picture was taken... so some bites were taken 😅

This place is an underrated gem, not sure why they don’t have more reviews. We visited in December, so winter time, when many things are closed, and had absolutely the best Danish food I’ve ever had in this country the past 9+ years I am here. I had my parents visiting from Greece, and we really wanted to see Dragør during winter, which is super cosy. We decided to visit Cafe Havslapning as we wanted local food, and it did not disappoint. Very clean little place, relaxing atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, and the guests were 99% local, it was nice to see how the staff were taking very good care of everyone. The portions were very big, and well balanced and very flavourful. So if you are hungry, this is the place for you. We got the day’s dish, with the pork cheek, which was very tender, the mørbradbøf (pork fillet), the kulmule (hake), and the spicy beef burger.

Simply a fantastic place. Casual, but with fantastic service, and warm and attentive staff. The food was top quality, and we couldn't really put our finger on anything. And to make no mistake, the portions are huge and the price is low. I rarely get as excited as I did today.

Slow preparation, service and serving in chaos, and several people were delivered the wrong orders, despite a number indicating what was ordered. So several orders were moved from one table to another. The food was reasonable, but not top notch. Shooting stars with cold shrimp and cold steamed fish, Undeserved fish fillet, boring side dishes, dressing completely tasteless.

The fish was tasty and fresh, very recommended

A very tasty meal. Finally, no fries! Self-service. Dish 62A from the menu is highly recommended.
