Super good experience and really good food. Can only give the warmest recommendations. The food was so good that I was going to give them a good review despite the fact that they made a small mistake with the order and forgot that I had bought fries, but they made sure that I got them as soon as possible and took the mistake on their shoulders. So despite the small mistake I can now only give them 5/5

We have eaten there twice during our summer vacation and were satisfied. Last time the young man at the cash register wanted a tip. I told him that in Denmark I never tip (except in exceptional circumstances) as I expect everyone to get their collective wage. He then stated that there was no collective agreement here. So you know. Why don't young people join a union?

It was a really nice experience to come into Cafe Holmen. Right from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a smiling and polite staff. The food was really delicious and tasted really good. Festive atmosphere and there was a Scotsman who played bagpipes for another party, which we also enjoyed. Highly recommended.😍

Restaurant by the harbor with a garden terrace. Friendly service. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a Stjerneskud, which was very generously topped, and two smørrebrød, one with egg and crab, the other with warm fish fillet. Both were very good. They also offer a seafood platter, which looked quite appealing and we'd like to try another time. However, this one is quite expensive.

20/04/2026: Chose shrimp cocktail. Very delicious and fresh shrimp in a beautiful color. Delicious freshly baked bread. Crispy crust and soft and flavorful inside. Service was really sweet. Polite and a lot of corrections for me, but when locals came they got a welcome that was clear they were just as welcome as I felt.
