Cafe Kodan Frederiksberg

Super cozy cafe, but the food did not live up to the impression you got from the menu. For example, we ordered a chicken sandwich which was more of a salad with bread. There was far too much mixed in that it simply could not be eaten. A lot was made of presentation, but you have to consider whether it is to cover up the quality.. Service and atmosphere are great, but honestly the food cannot live up to the first impression.

Cozy, good quality of both coffee and pastries, friendly service, fair prices, seating quite ok for the purpose. Not fancy or suitable for large groups - but both can be quite positive selling points if you want something low-key that is a bit peaceful. It is a refreshing alternative to the big chains, with homemade pastries and soul. Choose the place safely if you are into the local touch. There is wifi if you need to do a bit of work too.

Food is great. Quality is on point. Service is good and I love the atmosphere. 10/10.

Really good service from the moment we walked in until we left. And the food, yes, you have to try it. This will be my regular cafe from now on.
