Café Korn Holbæk

Good food, good service and cozy decor.

Updated July 2026: Since our visits in 2024, we’ve been to this cafe a few times since. Food remains really good. Top marks for the brunch and salads. Burger is OK. Service level is less good. Wait is too long, and the staff is not all attentive. Some spend more time on their phones behind the counter than with the guests. Such a shame, because their attitude is fine, the attention is just not there. Drinks are 10% overpriced. Staff slightly more attentive today (2026) than in the past but still too little attention to the floor and the outdoor seating. Update: Earning a 4th star for their loyalty program!

We have eaten here several times. This time I chose a burger. The bread was a bit too toasted (to put it mildly) and both the fries and falafel tasted of fish. Maybe the oil should be changed or 2 tubs should be used. I am more inclined towards their salads and today I found this out.

Love Café Korn! Their food is so delicious! You can taste that the food is made with good ingredients. Sweet staff!

It's a really nice place to eat and the food is nice for the price. We were greeted by some nice girls. We got sandwiches and a brunch plate. It's recommended, but it's not a great culinary experience. We were there with our babies and at first we had to have our strollers in there (they filled the same space as a chair), but then we couldn't anyway and had to find a place outside halfway through. It was quite windy, but we were then allowed to put them right in front of the window so it was really nice. They have a changing table in the toilet and it's actually better than many other places. Meeeeeen their lights out there aren't made to be able to see anything, as it's low cozy lighting. It's a nice place to meet for the sake of cozying up and I'll definitely come back.

Delicious food and there wasn't a long wait

Always seemed to be good. Very nice service. And gluten-free and lactose-free if you ask for it. Food for every taste, also vegetarian. The last 2 times there have been few, or only 1 in the kitchen. So there is a long wait for the food. Today, we left because there was a 30 minute wait.
