A nice enough restaurant in the small town of Vordingborg. I was pleasantly greeted and quickly shown to a free table in a semi busy restaurant. I ordered a mince meat sandwich that was effectively served with a lot of fresh ingredients. It tasted good and I am very happy with the meal. The table I was sitting at however was placed near a narrow passage to large part of the seating area. There was a LOT of people (guests and staff) walking by constantly, right next to me as I was eating. This was a real nuisance and more or less ruined my enjoyment of the meal.

Quiet restaurant for lunch There should be more people here as the food is quite good We got steak with potatoes and béarnaise and vegetables. Good portion and tasty. Sweet waiters who were ready and helpful.

Medium pizza for DKK 99. Tastes very good 👍

Despite the fact that my boyfriend and I had misread the menu card when we ordered a steak béarnaise, so it was a mince steak and not a steak 😅 Then the food tasted quite good. Our daughter got a children's menu with spaghetti, and there was more than enough 😊👌 The only minus is that the service is half in English 🙈

Buffalo is an institution in Vordingborg, usually a good atmosphere, reasonable prices and good food - in the middle of the square. What's not to like.

Update 27-02-2025: Has the place got new owners? I ordered their Moules Frites once again because it was super delicious the last time I had it. But I was honestly a little disappointed. Many of the clams were empty, and the ones that had stuffing in them had been treated a bit harshly with many broken shells in the sauce and inside the clams. The fries last time were big and delicious, while this time they were small and dry, and really tasted like fries. For the dish, it is stated on the menu that there is chili mayo, but I got ketchup, which was clearly neither Heinz nor Beauvais, and tasted sour. However, I had no problem switching to a mayo from the waitress. My husband got a ribeye, which he ordered fries with. When the food came it was with potatoes. However, he got a side plate of fries, at no extra charge. The knife could hardly cut through the steak, and there were several lumps of tough fat and gristle. There should be some fat on a ribeye, but almost 1/4 of the steak was inedible. We actually doubt whether we want to eat there again. Super cozy and super delicious 😊 we ate 3 adults one afternoon for under DKK 500. The food was delicious and well prepared and the service was polite and attentive. We would love to come again 😊

Varied menu with many dishes. Something for every taste. Smiling service. The food we got was tasty.
