Fantastic well-assorted sandwiches in a size you can eat more of

We went to this restaurant for lunch during a food tour we booked in Copenhagen and tried the all-you-can-eat selection of open-face sandwiches. It is a great introduction to Danish food and the perfect way to experience rye bread and smørrebrød when you first arrive in Copenhagen, so you can then enjoy everything else this gastronomical city has to offer.

Great way the food is served with portioned dishes, constant change, everything very fresh and delicious with a twist of modern open sandwiches, fast service, all waiters very attentive to the guests, fantastic concept, a place we can definitely recommend to others.

I will definitely come again. And have recommended to several. Traditional smørrebrød. With new and exciting additions. Nice options for vegetarians. Especially one with Jerusalem artichokes. ! I had a buffet, always freshly prepared, and small pieces, so you could taste many different ones. Hot dishes etc. I am getting really hungry now that I am writing…. Super good waiters. Super good beer and schnapps. Quite OK Copenhagen prices. Our group probably spent 350-400kr per person. But we went for it too. :-)

The cozy ambient and traditional interiors are only a premise to the freshness and tastiness of the food. This place is a wonderful option to stop by and have a taste of the traditional Smørrebrød. I particularly enjoyed the fish plates and the "all you can eat" formula allows you to have a real tour of all the different flavours. Highly recommended.
