20/02/2026: An evening at [Café Name] felt like a little piece of Danish magic. The place exuded coziness: the wooden tables, candles and the gentle hum of other guests created the perfect setting. The starter – a creamy asparagus soup with roasted almonds – was pure indulgence. The main course (duck with red cabbage and caramelised apples) was beautifully balanced: tender meat, a sweet and sour contrast and a sauce that made you close your eyes in pure enjoyment. The dessert, a classic rhubarb trifle, rounded it all off with freshness and crunch. The service was warm and professional, and the atmosphere was so intimate that the hours just disappeared.
