I somehow left Becky out of my first review, which is a rather serious omission. So I’m placing this review under my other account . The first few times I came in, she was sitting on our side of the bar, and I took her for a regular. She has one of those unmistakably Irish voices and a warmth that makes you feel, for a moment, as though you've been transported to Ireland. She has a lovely way of making you feel seen and welcome, though you soon notice the whole room is quietly hoping for a turn of her attention. An absolute delight, and a big part of what makes this place special. If you've ever wanted a bar where everybody knows your name, this is the one. I now look for excuses to go. Lucky, I have a girl who feels the same.

The staff here are warm, funny, and dangerously overqualified in the art of hospitality. Trish, John, Kieran, not a Karen, had my name by the second visit, which is not a trick of memory so much as a decision about how to treat people. Anyone can pour a drink. A proper public house does this instead. If you want a bar in Copenhagen where the welcome is the point, come here. ☘️

Classic Irish pub, good beers, with pool and darts... Very nice and quiet place

A great little spot for beers in Copenhagen. Very local, relaxed and authentic atmosphere, without feeling touristy. A nice place to sit back, have a few drinks and enjoy the local vibe. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for a more genuine Copenhagen experience.

A traditional basement pub with a large regular clientele. Unfortunately, the air quality is a bit poor; it should be ventilated more often.

Was recommended here and didn't disappoint. Nice selection of beers, cosy little spot just next to Nyhavn. Run by a guy from Cork .

Such a great friendly inexpensive bar!

Awesome spot a few steps away from the crowded expensive places on Nayan. I asked aloud...am I the only person here who isn't Irish? I wasn't but it was a near thing. Very friendly low key place to have a beer or three.
