A perfect little hideaway! One of the first cafés I visited in Copenhagen during my time studying here, and it completely won me over. Cozy lighting, colorful decor, and such kind staff behind the counter. The chai latte was delicious, and the whole place had this calm, quiet vibe that made me want to stay for hours. There were games and coloring pages available by the tables too, which was a nice touch.

The location and atmosphere are great. The waitress which served us was very nice and friendly but as we had to order at the bar the experience changed! I stood there for three minutes and the barkeeper preferred having a chat with a girl that didn't even order anything. Although seeing me the barkeeper's priority was the girl and given the importance of this we decided to leave not interrupting the barkeeper. Sorry this is a no go, the barkeeper's attitude needs to change! I can assure you that I won't come back. Otherwise great place and sorry to be forced giving you only three stars.

Really good place to be and sit outside on a nice sunny day. Especially the service by the Argentinian waitress was excellent. Liked it really much!

There is a really inviting, cozy interior and the possibility of getting a seat. Super delicious cocktails at very reasonable prices and welcoming staff.

What a delightful experience! The welcome and service are friendly, professional, and naturally attentive. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere, including the decor, is cozy. This is our second time there, and we'll be back!

Very nice, cosy restaurant with excellent service. Butter chicken and our hamburger were very good and the prices weren’t too bad either. Strong recommendation for this place!

12/12/2025: Food: not as great as it used to be The risotto and the BOUILLABAISSE used the same sauce and both are yellow dishes with the same seafood contents and no blue mussels as written in the menu. Buffet is vegetarian option from mediterranean/egyptian/middle eastern cuisine, price is a bit higher than the value Price: more expensive than it used to be and I always end up half full only everytime I eat here. Service is standard OK Atmosphere can be tight and crowded
08/12/2025: Very tasty and fresh vagaterian food in a buffet is for self service. But we have also ordered lamb ripes that were just delicious. We fully recommend and we will definitely return here. Thank you!

26/10/2025: Famo Saxo undoubtedly delivers Italian food of a very high standard. The dishes are authentic, based on excellent ingredients (which you can taste are sourced from Italy), and the kitchen really masters the simple but tasteful approach. The food alone deserves top marks. Unfortunately, the dining experience was dragged down by the surroundings. The restaurant is incredibly popular, which means that the small room is far too crowded. You sit uncomfortably close together, and the high noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation. Unfortunately, the 'lively' Italian atmosphere tips over and becomes more stressful and chaotic. If you're going for the taste alone, Famo Saxo is a winner. But the cramped and hectic atmosphere takes away a lot of the enjoyment of the otherwise excellent meal.
