After a while, a grumpy waitress arrived, and after even longer, the food arrived... Little food for a lot of money... The taste was nothing to complain about... The juices were good!

We were at the Orangeriet for the 3rd time. Cozy and tasty and friendly service, but it took an unreasonable long time to get the food (45 min), coffee and dessert came while we were still eating fish and the price is simply too high.

09/08/2025: The family's annual trip to Strynø always includes lunch at Det Gamle Mejeri. And we always have to have omelettes! The interior could do with a bit of a makeover. And it's a real shame that they've closed their microbrewery. Remember to book a table. It's often sold out in the summer
16/07/2025: Cute and cozy restaurant with limited outdoor and indoor seating. Booking ahead is required according to their website. The menu was very limited, with æggekaga (omelette), fried fish and burger. The food was pretty average. Unfortunately the microbrewery is no longer in action which wasn't updated on the website.

03/09/2025: Expensive campsite outside the high season. We stayed 1 night. 2 adults in a small hiking tent. No electricity. At arrivel he said we pay 20 euro,s ( i should have paid upfront😅) The day we left is was 35 euro,s! I feel scamed So never again Large places, outdated sanitair facilitys.
31/07/2025: We are camping. It is a fantastic place. Lovely peace. Nice pool, and only 200m to the harbor.
