We had a fantastic family dinner on the terrace in an atmospheric sunset, with the most delicious 4-course menu and super wines to go with it. All age groups were very enthusiastic about the exquisite menu, and also about the sweet and very professional service. It is neither the first nor the last time we have eaten at Café Oskar 😋🍷♥️

The food was very delicious and beautifully presented. The service was good and with thorough information. The atmosphere was pleasant. The price was reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

Really delicious food. However, had to wait a little long before it was served (30+ minutes), which felt over the top. The price is on the high end in relation to the overall experience.

Cozy, nice atmosphere, very tasty food, nice service

Review of Café Oscar Café Oscar offers a super nice atmosphere, where the mix of furniture and garden furniture creates a cozy and rustic atmosphere. Food and Drink: We started the meal with three small starters and a glass of bubbly. The dishes were delicious, especially the puff pastry with prawns and quail eggs with truffles, which had a deep aromatic flavour. For starters, we had white asparagus in a mussel and chive cream. This dish was very flavorful, and the scallions did not overpower the fine flavor of the white asparagus. There was harmony between the different flavors and an impressive depth of flavor. For the main course I had veal fillet, while my wife had basted pork. Unfortunately, the veal fillet was overcooked and without a crust. Here it could be recommended that you brush the steak with butter and fry it on a hot pan and ask the guests if they want the steak well done, medium or red. The pork was tender and delicious, but the sauce was a bit bland. The garnish consisted of scallions, new potatoes, chanterelles, carrots and broccoli, all cooked perfectly al dente. For dessert my wife had a rhubarb dessert which she thought was fantastic. All in all, a really good dining experience with good food and drink. Price and Quality: We paid approx. DKK 1400 which included two glasses of bubbles, two glasses of white wine and a bottle of red wine – all of fine quality and taste. We will definitely come again and next time I will ask for a red steak with a distinct roast crust. Conclusion: Café Oscar delivers a good dining experience in a cozy atmosphere. With a few adjustments in the preparation, the level can be raised even higher.

Besøgte Cafe Oscar til aftensmad. Blev modtaget af en sød og smilende tjener, som vartede os op og hyggede om os under hele besøget. Lille med udsøgt menukort med 3 . 4 forretter, 5 - 7 hovedretter og 3 - 4 desserter. Dertil et flot vinkort tilpasset menuen. Vi fik serveret vores forret efter tilpas tid. Østers serveret på muslingeskaller med masser af is, så de var kolde og velsmagende. Hovedret, havkat, var serveret med nye kartofler og ramsløgssauce. Suverent lækre smage. Under hele måltidet blev vi hygget om af tjenere og kok, så vi følte os virkelig velkomne og godt tilpas. Kan absolut anbefales.
