27/10/2024: Food was excellent. Place was however the most crowded I have ever seen a restaurant. Waiters had so little room to move that they push against us often.

18/09/2024: Best fine and social dining restaurant in Aalborg, absolutely, after trying ALL fine dining restaurants in Aalborg. The drink pairing, especially non-alcoholic pairing is creative, resembling the nordic nature picks and Asian (especially south eastern Asian fruits/sweetness). We always try the tasting menu, and it amazed us every time. If you are open to different spices, exotic tastes that creates a contrast and mind-blowing experience, creative combinations and ideas of fusion cuisines, I think this is a best place in Aalborg. For services: I tried Nam during my pregnancy, and I now celebrate all important days or events with my family and closest friends here. As a foreigner without an extra hand to take care of the little one, we have to also take our little daughter. She had her first experience at Nam at the age of 6 month, and now she is 3. Though Nam is not a place for kids, people has been very caring and nice to us. The chef will also prepare some food that are kids friendly to ensure a cozy and memorable family experience. Suggestion: have you considered open Friday lunch time... then people like us can have a couple/friends experience without kids around :)
