Perched on the 8th floor of Copenhagen’s national stadium, the location is as unexpected as the experience is exceptional. From the moment you're welcomed, the team exudes professionalism without pretense. Service is smooth, warm, and impeccably choreographed. The mostly plant-based tasting menu — a bold decision by Chef Rasmus Kofoed — is a revelation: elegant, subtle, deeply creative. You’ll forget there’s no meat on the table. The wine cellar is legendary. But equally remarkable is the non-alcoholic juice pairing — a symphony of color, taste, and aroma that complements each dish beautifully. Standouts included a scallop dish that mimicked the tenderness of perfectly cooked poultry and a dessert that turned Jerusalem artichoke into edible poetry. Yes, it’s expensive. But Geranium doesn’t just serve dinner. It elevates it into a memory. Highly recommended for seasoned gastronomes and curious first-timers alike.

07/05/2025: Most of the dishes are vegetarian. Only two dishes were pescatarian. Zero meat dishes. They’ve really done magic with these ingredients. I hate beets. Yet they’ve made it in such a way that I can totally like it. I hate walnuts. Yet they’ve made it addictive. And they’ve done magic: a chocolate popsicle made out of Jerusalem artichoke; a chocolate bonbon made out of rose hips. Expensive, but well worth the experience. It’s a bucket-list culinary destination.
