This is a fabulous stop when walking the island. The staff are super friendly, the coffee and hot chocolate were superb. The location was fabulous.

Great little cafe that has everything you need. Nicely located right down to the harbor. We were here in week 29 and it was very quiet and peaceful!

Overall great! We had Italian sandwich which was good (it's Denmark so they know about sandwiches) and the Cesar sallad that was average. Good cappuccino and very god green tea (usually hard to get). Being the only place in the village where you don't need a reservation the place is very good. The location and relaxed atmosphere is just great. I would certainly go again.

Svaneke Bryghus Restaurant

06/08/2026: When we are on Bornholm we always visit Svaneke Bryggeri in the middle of town. Good and fast service and cozy surroundings. We can especially recommend their Salt-fried Herring and their Beer Menu. Try it.
02/08/2026: The food is nice, but you expect a little more for the price. The beers were served flat without a head, which was a shame.

17/07/2026: 5 generations of smokers. Professionals who are passionate about fish and customer experiences. Fresh fish is smoked every day. They start smoking at 3:30 am every night to have fresh products and the experience of the fish being taken out while you eat lunch. Wide selection.
15/07/2026: The smoked fish is so good! We tried the "smoke duet" for two and we both loved it. Unfortunately they were out of herring when we arrived (around 18:30) but we got another smoked mackerel instead. The view overlooking the ocean was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. There wasn't a kid's menu so the portions were a bit big for a child. Would definitely recommend a visit if you want to eat at a røgeri in Bornholm. The smoked salmon was the best I've ever had! Loved the different sauces as well.
