Czech beer is not to be missed. However, the place does not serve a cheat. For that you have to go to the Czech Republic or also to the bar 'Prager Frühling 1968' in Pankow

It should perhaps be a 4*, but the price of the place's draft beer was simply so surprisingly high - over 70 NOK - that it drags it down, regardless of whether it is imported from the Czech Republic

The waiter Mikkel was an exceptional host. My companion and I were blown away by the insanely good service. Tasting wine and an excellent presentation of the food (which was superbly cooked) made for an evening we will never forget. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Mikkel

05/05/2025: Classic Danish dishes completely "by the book". Efficient operation. Very classic decor. Almost like a trip back in time. Can be recommended.
05/05/2025: The Wiener Schnitzel with Bratkoffeln and brown sauce is highly recommended. Was really tasty. Good service and nice location. You should book a table in advance as Café Lindevang is very popular.

09/04/2025: Nice place, which is perfectly located when you are going to the Falkoner hall. Lovely people who take care of the guests and cook wonderful rustic food with plenty of taste. Try it yourself....
