Really good and cozy sushi/Japanese restaurant in the old cinema in the middle of Sorø 🙏🤗

The newly opened sushi restaurant - opened early May 2026 - serves delicious sushi with a smile. Got a deluxe menu and it was plenty for two. Note that the place shares reviews and photos with the former Café Tre Konger.

Sushi Tre Konger offers a really good sushi experience in cozy surroundings in the center of Sorø. The framework from the former café at the address has been preserved, which gives the restaurant a nice and open expression. However, one could wish for a little more authentic oriental atmosphere in the interior, which is often experienced in classic sushi restaurants. The ceilings are literally high, and you immediately feel very welcome. Ordering is easy via tablet, where both sushi and warm dishes can be chosen from a varied assortment of high quality. An extra plus is that sauces are included and do not cost extra. A fun and cozy feature is the restaurant's waiter robot, which gives the experience a little extra charm and entertainment. To finish, there is also a small selection of ice cream with different toppings for dessert. All in all, a very positive experience. It is really nice that you can now also get good quality sushi locally in Sorø.

Super cozy place, with good food at reasonable prices and really sweet and friendly service.
