Nice cozy place and sweet service. The food tasted great but the Wiener schnitzel was just on the dry side. But, will definitely come back.

A quite excellent place that serves ok food. Uses the old trick with reasonable prices for the food, but the drinks cost a fortune (Danish water DKK 60), so overall the price is a bit too high in relation to the quality and atmosphere. The service is ok, but not more than that.

Went to the event "Your testament" with free food. And were buns in curry with rice and a few other small accessories. Drinks were NOT free and that's ok too

Café in an old cinema from 1935. High ceilings, very bright, cozy atmosphere, really good food, super staff and good service. Good place for parties

Visited Cafe Tre Konger to have some dinner. On a slightly half-dead Sunday evening. And it was generally half dead at Cafe Tre Konger. But we also arrived just as they opened for dinner. We started by asking if they could conjure up something from today's menu card, without spices - as there were allergies. They could, they just had to know. We ordered - and a dish was ordered without the mentioned spices and a good dead steak. The other 2 dishes were just plain as described on the menu card. Among other things, a Schnitzel mit allez 😉. When the food came, they had managed to put spices on the steak that didn't need spices. So it had to go back to the kitchen. We would get a new one in 3 min. Fast for a "well done" steak. But it came back with no seasoning - except for the green tassel that was put on top. But you might not count it as a spice. Whether it was a new steak or ... we never found out. The schnitzel was large, filled the plate well. Beat out a little too much, so it was a little dry. And then there are consistently too few toppings on. The food was fine ... but the ratio between price and food was not quite right. The service was fine, but still disappointing that they can't handle a steak without spices, even though it was ordered as such. So not a 5 star visit, probably closer to 3. Will we come again - probably not, mostly because we don't live on those edges, otherwise it would probably be a "maybe".

Einrichtung macht schon Eindruck. Chick. Kaffee gut. Auch Kuchen und Snacks. Echt gute Entscheidung, hier zu kommen.

Vi fejrede min fars fødselsdag på Cafe Tre Konger i Sorø, der ligger i den smukke ældre og tidligere biografbygning. Alene det fortjener topkarakter - oprigtig og varm æstetik. Vores tjener ved bordet gav en helt upåklagelig fin oplevelse. Maden var traditionel, men alligevel med et pust af energi i menukortet - fremad. Vi havde en dejlig middag der, og mine forældre kommer der ind imellem når de kører til Sorø for at gå omkring søen; et område de boede tæt for 40 år siden. De har altid en god oplevelse der. De fortjener derfor alle stjerner. Eneste minus er, at de burde fjerne overtøjet fra spisesalen; det er skæmmende for æstetikken og bør kunne afhjælpes ret let. Vi kommer igen.
