Cozy place in the harbor with an ok menu and a large brunch menu

Et rigtig fint og hyggeligt sted med gode udendørs borde og skøn udsigt over haven. Hurtig og effektiv betjening. Brunchen er 5 valgfrie små retter. Virkeligt lækker og skønne råvarer. Kan varmt anbefales.

I ordered a chicken breast with parma ham, garnish, coarse fries and truffle/mushroom sauce and had bought chili mayo First of all, when I got my food, there were no coarse fries as stated on the menu and there were other types of potatoes that I had not ordered. There was no chili mayo. I barely have time to look at my food and the waiter is gone. So it takes some time before I get in touch with a waiter. He looks at me confused when I say that there should have been chili mayo and coarse fries. Some time passes and then I get them. The chicken was not a breast in my taste but a flat battered piece of chicken that had a strange taste. The coarse fries had so much salt and oil that my gums hurt for several hours afterwards. The chili mayo tasted sour in it and not strong. All in all, it was not worth the money. Can NOT recommend café Valentins in Rungsted But CAN recommend café Vivaldi in Helsingør!

Really good brunch with a choice of 5 dishes. 159 kr. You get a lot for your money. Cozy atmosphere and good seating outside.
