A great café with a nice brunch concept where you can choose exactly what you want. The coffee is high quality—especially if you prefer a strong brew (around intensity level 8–9). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which I really appreciate. The only thing that could be improved is table clearing—used dishes and cups tend to stay on the table while customers are still seated. This seems to be common in many cafés around town, though. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I had the pleasure of visiting Café Velvet in Vejle, and it was a really nice experience that I would like to recommend. The café is centrally located on Søndergade in the middle of the city – perfect for a break after shopping or just a nice time with good friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a relaxed atmosphere, which is suitable for both a spontaneous coffee, brunch or dinner. The decor is modern and comfortable, and there is both space for relaxed conversations and longer stays – some guests even mention the photogenic atmosphere and cozy areas with sofas. The menu is broad and offers everything from brunch and classic café dishes to burgers, sandwiches, salads and desserts. There is something for every taste, and the portions are generous, so you won’t go home hungry. Many visitors especially highlight their brunch and the delicious smoothies. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which contributes to the overall good experience. There is a good atmosphere in the café, and several reviews from guests highlight both the quality of the food and the relaxed atmosphere as big pluses
