My family and I went out to eat at Cafe Victoria Douglashuset for the first time today, it certainly won't be the last time. Very cozy place, with a nice location. The food was really delicious and it was some good large portions for a good price. Good and friendly service, we felt welcome from start to finish. You get the best recommendations from us.

So cozy and roasting a steak, I promise they have it all under control. Definitely worth a visit.

03/09/2024: Følte os velkomne. Dejligt at der var taget hensyn til vejret og vi var tildelt fin plads ude i skygge og læ. Fint stjerneskud hurtig betjening trods det der var mange gæster. Meget fin beliggenhed ved havnekajen
21/07/2024: Deres stjerne skud havde vi fået anbefalet - og den levede op til dens ry, super godt komponeret og ikke overdænget med snask men to flotte tykke fiskefileter rejer og fin pynt på et godt stykke focacia brød - en vinder

Bogense Hotel

03/02/2025: If you visit Bogense Hotel, you step into a time warp from the time when modern art and a minibar were not a matter of course in a hotel. The place's kitchen is Oldscool, where the chefs know their craft, and where you can understand it is on a plate. The service was elegant and polite without being approachable or intrusive. The hotel knows what perfect service is. The hotel's rooms in the annex are excellent with good cleanliness and nice single beds. These rooms are best suited for a single night in connection with an event. All in all, Bogense Hotel is definitely worth a visit. Bogense is a fantastically beautiful town with a long history behind it. A trip in the harbor area is a very special experience.
