06/02/2025: Had a phenomenal dinner at Osteria 16 the other night! Having been a big user of their cookbook for the past year, I was very excited to try how the restaurant itself implemented it — and I was not disappointed. Every dish was carefully curated and flavoured to perfection. It’s a shame we were too full for a dessert, but that just means I need to return to try it another time!
