Cozy place good food good service would love to come again

Viella is an okay place, but unfortunately also a place you can sense is burning out. Over the last few years, their food has gotten worse and they don't care as much about it anymore. I ordered a luxury brunch when I was there this morning. And unfortunately it wasn't particularly luxury anymore. The bacon was cold and not quite crispy. The cocktail sausages weren't quite as hot either, and the taste was a bit "cheaper" than it used to be. I don't know if they've switched to a cheaper supplier (understandably, everything has become rocker expensive due to inflation) or if the supplier has changed something so it's cheaper to produce. Either way, they weren't very good. The scrambled eggs were okay, but not at all as creamy and flavorful as they used to be. Fortunately, they were warm. Now you only get one pancake on your plate, with what looks like a hint of chocolate sauce on top. It has been saved ALMOST completely, and is therefore ultimately irrelevant whether it is put on or not. The small (even smaller than before inflation) piece of chocolate brownie tastes okay but far too mass-produced. The toast you got was not quite warm. Otherwise it was okay. All in all, it is just an experience that is unfortunately not worth the money anymore. A luxury brunch costs 169 kroner. That is far too much money compared to how good it is. Feel free to drop by, but just don't set your expectations too high.
