Mixed feelings. We went in for a drink and decided to stay for dinner because the menu looked appealing. No one came to greet us or take our order, so we ordered ourselves using the QR code. The prices listed online weren't the same as on the menu; we paid €26 for a crème brûlée instead of €13. The manager came 15 minutes after we pointed it out and didn't speak to us. Finally, another server told us we'd be refunded within three days. So, our experience was mixed: superb, high-quality food but frankly, less than exceptional service.

Server was very nice, food might be a bit pricey but the portions are good.

Strangely enough, no staff can speak Danish at Bremerholm 🤷🏼‍♀️ - and I don't know if the rent is high, but the price has just gone up at this restaurant.

Café Vivaldi enjoys a fantastic location right beside Tivoli Gardens, making it a convenient stop for a meal or coffee. The café has a pleasant atmosphere, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was decent, but the highlight was definitely the location. Service was polite, although it could have been a little more attentive during busy periods. Prices are on the higher side, which is fairly typical for central Copenhagen. Overall, it’s a good place to take a break if you’re exploring the city. While it may not be the most memorable dining experience in Copenhagen, the convenient location and comfortable setting make it worth considering.

The steak, cheeseburger, and fries were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a must-visit place. I was very pleased 💛❤️

We asked for tea and it arrived in a cast iron teapot. For 59 Kron you can have a pot of tea. A complimentary sweet biscuit was also included. A good choice for tea lovers and very affordable.

They're not fast... they're friendly, yes... but they have a dark beer in a glass that's worth it... and you need some time.

The portions are ok. I think the price-quality ratio is ok but I wouldn't go back for a meal. Yes, for a coffee or a glass. The service could use some introduction. First I got a dirty drinking glass and later a croissant was brought to the table and then a coffee order which I dismissed. We waited to pay the bill but eventually I walked past the cashier. I reported that there was another customer's croissant still untouched on the table which we didn't order. Neither time was there an apology that would be enough to fix the experience. There weren't many customers inside and some renovation was going on downstairs. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice and the location is good.
