Cafe Vivaldi Holbæk

The flavors are poorly balanced. The onion ring is dry and bland. The French fries are too soft. The cola didn't taste of much.

We visited Vivaldi today, and received the finest service from a very polite and service-minded young man, and the food was the best we have ever had at a Vivaldi restaurant. Tender steak, and well-cooked vegetables. It was a lovely experience on a boring Tuesday 👍

Nachos that were a bit moody. They must have been sitting with the chef too long. Ouch.

I had a vivaldi burger that was better. The atmosphere is cozy. D. 20.1.26. had a fantastic lunch steak today.

It seemed like a boring concept. Well, their restaurants are nice and cozy. But I thought their food was too assembly line-style. Then there was only a nice cup of cocoa. But don't worry. 110 kr for two cocoas. Then it's probably paid for. You can get it both better and cheaper elsewhere.

The first table we chose was a little too close to the door and after figuring out what we wanted we changed tables because the cigarette smoke was too much. It's a good thing we had found food before we changed tables because if we had looked at the menu we would have gone back. The menu cards at the new table were pretty dirty (see pictures). The food tasted good but it sends a bit of a wrong signal when the menu cards look like that because you can't help but think about what the kitchen looks like.
