Cafe Vivaldi Holbæk

Hi Vivaldi I stopped by today with a friend to have a cup of coffee and have a good time. The coffee tasted really good, but unfortunately the overall experience was not quite what we had hoped for. When we got our coffee, a lot of coffee had spilled onto the plate, and the sugar was almost smeared into the coffee. Of course, that can happen, but we were a little surprised that no new plate, napkin or even a small apology was offered. In addition, there were leftovers and tableware on the old tables for a long time, which eventually attracted seagulls, who walked around the tables and ate the leftovers. It was not very appetizing to look at, and we missed the staff reacting to it. I am not writing this to be negative, but because I really think it is a shame. The coffee was good, and we had been looking forward to a nice time with you. I therefore hope that you will take the feedback on board so that the experience can be better for other guests.

Way too long waiting times. Close to 40 minutes after ordering for the food to arrive. The burger my boyfriend got was good, my club sandwich was dry. It showed that the kitchen was busy.

We ordered their brunch plate, five with extra salmon and one with Nutella.. when they brought it there was also extra salmon on it with Nutella. The Havarti cheese was dry, so was the bread. Maybe it's a matter of taste but you don't put ketchup on bacon. Cold scrambled eggs and American pancakes without syrup. So there is room for improvement.

The service was very friendly, the menu is excellent, and the restaurant has a cool style. The only downside is that the Coke Zero is just regular cola diluted with mineral water.

I visited Cafe Vivaldi on a Sunday, for lunch in the middle of a rainy day. There was space outside where the heat was on. Cozy and nice. I ordered online via the QR code, which worked quite well. The staff were smiling and friendly. I got my burger and beer and it tasted quite good. The steak was medium-rare and I like that. The burger lacked a little flavor, maybe a different bun could improve the experience. Overall a good experience that I would use again. Price-wise, it is not cheap. Personally, I thought it would be more appropriate that the price was 149 for a burger, but the food was good.

Came in the middle of the day and had a sandwich. The food was neither particularly great nor bad. 2 people each ordered a sandwich and a soda. Price just under 500kr. We'll probably find another alternative another time.

Missing cold cuts: only 1 slice of cheese for a whole roll and 1 slice of rye bread

I had a vivaldi burger that was better. The atmosphere is cozy. D. 20.1.26. had a fantastic lunch steak today. D. 9.6.26. had an avocado meal with eggs and a ginger lemonade. It was so delicious. Worth every penny. Cozy atmosphere (Holbæk)
