Great food I must say. But wait, the service is just slow. I bought 5 things the other day there was no one else waiting. It took 10 minutes from the time I ordered until I got the items. And, unfortunately, that is often the case. Great food, love the cakes but the service is horribly slow. Nice people, nothing there. But I sometimes skip going there because I don't want to wait.

The best cakes and desserts in all CPH! also breads and focaccia are one of a kind 😻 I am Italian and I always struggled to find bakeries like the ones we have in my country, well thanks to Cakes and Friends Bakery I have found home in Jessi’s creations. Highly recommend the almond croissants. Really Hygge place to take a break too.

C&F, which is located on the new Grønttorv in Valby, is a fantastic pearl of the great ones in Copenhagen. There are many pastry shops in the city and they can learn something from visiting Cakes & Friends. Here you don't skimp on raw materials, whipped cream or creams, no substitute products to save on quality. Absolutely super good. At the same time, you can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or a fruit juice or yes, just take the beautiful and very large cakes home.

I love to go there in the Mornings… everything looks delicious, fresh and the smile of the waiters is the best ❤️

They have really good cakes and it's always super cozy. I usually take the cake take away, but I stayed there and ate there and it was a good atmosphere. It is not expensive considering it is located in Valby. The waiters are also very nice.

10/03/2024: Super cool Café that runs interesting forerrag. Super nice concept that we can bring our own food.
11/01/2024: Please note this is a special café focused on travel presentations and supporting the organization “De berejstes Klub”which is an organization of people who travel the world vigorously. The cafe is operated and staffed by volunteers. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly and the staff is very friendly. Please check in advance for opening hours and any event taking place. The presentations are often in Danish and focused on exotic and rare travel destinations. I really enjoyed my visit.
