The fries were soft and not very good.

The place was nice and clean and the food was good, however I first got my order with a mistake in my burger, I had ordered a guacamole chicken burger and first got a burger with beef and no guacamole. I then went up to get it fixed and was almost blamed for the mistake by a female employee, luckily another employee came over who was friendly and he helped get it fixed.

Sad and dirty room. There was dirt sprinkled from the ceiling onto all the napkin holders. Code on the door to the toilet. Quite ok. But in addition you had to pass by the mess and cleaning cart to get to the toilet. If you order "cringle cut fries", you get mixed fries 😂 Overall a mixed experience.

Great place, good prices and good service. Would say their burgers are a great middle thing between a Burger King burger and a Sunset bruger. Would recommend trying.

Overall, a solid spot, but with room for improvement. The burgers were delicious, though they don't quite match the original US version. Value for money is just okay, as it's pretty expensive. ​The main downside was the long wait times both takeaway and table service took quite a while. Additionally, there’s only a single restroom, which means waiting in line when it’s busy. ​It’s a nice visit if you know the US chain, but I can only conditionally recommend it due to the slow service and limited facilities.

Quick delivery, clean (the restrooms as well - even though also non-customers use these), good taste, size, and quality of the burgers. Besides that, a nice presentation and wrap-up of the food on the trays. So far the best fast food burger restaurant I've been to. And this already 4 times.

Super efficient service and delicious juicy burgers.

This was our first time at Carl's Jr. It was a nice change from the usual fast-food chains. We ordered at the now-standard self-service kiosk, which was quick and easy. It took about 10-15 minutes for the food to arrive, but that was fine, as they were quite busy. The burgers were okay, the fries were great, and refills of drinks are free. All in all, no complaints. The price is right too 👍

Good burgers. Very good playground so a good stop on the trip when children were in the car.

I've been very happy with Carl's Jr in the past, but this time the burger patty was overcooked and decidedly dry.
