5 stars – A must-visit spot! I had the most delicious grilled sandwich with goat cheese, along with two fresh salads. Carraig Grilled Cheese truly understands how to use fresh, high-quality ingredients without compromising on anything — especially the sourdough bread from Svaneke Brød, which was outstanding. The salads were simple yet perfect: crisp greens, a lovely dressing, fresh blueberries, and salted almonds. Such a great combo with a rich, cheesy toast. There should be more places like this! I’ll definitely be back before my vacation ends.

Coay place for a really tasty bite on the go. We stopped because we saw the name Carraig which means rock in Gaelic and on Bornholm this could not have been a coincidence. Didn’t disappoint. They clearly take pride in their work.

13/08/2025: Unique creative space, with the best coffee we’ve had in Bornholm. We appreciate good beans and a nice milk technique and it has not been easy to find on the island - except here!

11/08/2025: I really missed a bit more real Texas. It reminds me a bit of an upgraded Jensen steakhouse from the 00s. We ordered spareribs and their best piece of meat. A USA rib eye. The latter was cooked to perfection and super delicious. But the price of 450 kr. Is absurd. Spareribs were watery and the barbecue sauce a bit sour. Lacked umami. The recommended chocolate milkshake didn't have a hint of cocoa in it. Better spend the money on real ice cream in the ice cream shop across the street. Good brown beans. Cute service. 850 kr. For steak, spareribs, cola, milkshake and side dishes.
10/08/2025: Friendly staff - let is eat even though kitchen was closing. Good burgers!
