Had a very good experience here with good food, wine, and friendly staff. If I remember correctly it rotates often, and has exactly the right amount of choices to please everyone and still not have you wondering for ages what you should choose. Loved it.

Wow! Such a great experience. The pasta was fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and it’s nice to see that it’s a family run restaurant. I am traveling and they were very welcoming and even gave me a dessert on the house. I highly recommend for some delicious and authentic Italian food!

Took my Danish boyfriend to Casamadre as I was intrigued by their menu. Best Italian food I've found in 9 years living in Copenhagen. We savoured each dish with our eyes closed cause it was just too good to be true. Added element of pleasure is that each song they played was something I knew from my childhood in Italy, actual good Italian music :-) Great service too. I would just out a table cloth on the table to make it cosier. We will be back. Grazie per una bellissima serata

Nice food, nice staff and very cozy place. Pannacotta and gnocco fritoo were delicious. Lovely dinner overall we will come back for sure.

Casamadre was just a joy to visit. Delicious and tasteful food served by really friendly people. Great wine and great acoustic. The stracciatella was amazing, order it or loose!

Casamadre seems like a place that has appeared out of the blue — as if the paint has just dried on the walls, a few tables have just been set up and voila, now food has to be served over the counter. There will be too - and it's good food! We had their 5 course menu and all the dishes tasted good. My biggest point of criticism is that the composition of the dishes was not so varied. We had two antipasti, both cold served with bread, and two primi, both pasta, followed by a dessert. A non-bread-based anitpasti, a primi with risotto and/or a secondo had dressed up the mix and increased the sense of value for money. My slightly less critical point is that none of the dishes were wildly original or innovative (they were minimalistic servings of classics such as straciatella, pasta with ragú, panna cotta), but that doesn't matter so much now when they are well prepared and the taste is just right the closet. After reading other people's reviews on here we were a little worried if we would get enough food. We did that. We were a party of four and the amount we were served of the sharing dishes was perfect. The waiters were super observant, friendly and smiling. They kept refilling our water bottles on the table. We were given good guidance in choosing wine. The dishes were served with the perfect amount of time in between. At no point did we feel stressed or rushed, but never lacking for anything. Perfect! The acoustics were fine and it's a cozy place to sit, as long as you're into the somewhat raw/simple decor. The chairs are a little hard to sit on, but that's part of this type of place. All in all, a good experience and we could easily find ourselves coming again. Next time, however, I will consider ordering a la carte in the hope of getting a little more variety and originality in the dishes.
