Good food and good decor, nothing wrong, but not a wow experience either😊

New experience 2025 Ordered online which works great. Fast service and the food tasted good. Old experience: Tasted like all other Chinese restaurants so it was good enough.. The downside was we ordered beef with rice and mushrooms and the bamboo pieces were very large. Otherwise good, Really sweet and polite service.

Good food, fresh fish, and the only sushi place open for lunch in Frederikssund. A la carte menu or all-you-can-eat option. Recommended.

Really good and fresh sushi. Unfortunately their vegetarian selection is very poor. We had to go up twice and ask for a dish they had clearly forgotten, as an apology we didn't have to pay for water. A bit of a pain for her who had to watch the rest of us eat an hour before she got hers, but at least she got an apology and everyone can make mistakes. The service was otherwise really good and pleasant.

I have been eating here for many years and every time has been amazing! The owner is incredibly sweet and the food is always top notch!

UPDATE 9.7.25 Birthday lunch. There weren't many of us so the dishes came quickly. They've had a few more dishes. Among other things, salmon tartare and salmon salad, which are really tasty. Today we're very full ☺️ UPDATE 11.03.23: We visited the restaurant again yesterday. We started out with our electronic parking disc failing. And then it's bad to park in their parking space. We had to move the car to a place where we were sure not to get a fine. You can't buy parking fees and the restaurant can't issue parking tickets. It's a bit of a bummer. The food is still delicious, the concept is brilliant. This time we experienced that we waited a little long for the ordered dishes. Primarily the sushi dishes. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was almost full. We think that's one of the reasons and perhaps quite expected, that they couldn't really keep up, or maybe there's an illness in the staff group. We'd still like to come back. The staff is very smiling. ------ It was a coincidence that we ended up at Nishiki Sushi and we were actually happy with it. The interior itself is okay. It looks more like a Sushi restaurant, slightly stricter, than a hot Chinese restaurant, but that's what it is. The concept is so good when you think about food waste. Order only what you can eat. The You Sushi chain has the same thing, but here at Nishiki you order what you want to eat and drink on a tablet that belongs to the table. And it is so much closer than Hillerød or Allerød where You Sushi is located. The food itself was very nice. Nigiri was made with a moderate amount of rice and was lovely cold. Almost everything we ordered was tasty. And we didn't leave a crumb. If you leave more than 4 pieces of food, you have to pay 10 kr per piece. That's so good for food waste. We will definitely come back.

An average experience. First an iPad that didn't work, then two sodas that were "flat" but were quickly fixed. Got small items that we hadn't ordered. OK good sushi but definitely can't recommend the Hot Wings that can be seen in the picture.

We had a lovely evening at restaurant Nishiki. The food was well made and tasted great. We sat there for about 2 hours and we all left there full and satisfied. The girls serving the food were friendly and smiling. Can only recommend Nishiki if you are into sushi.
