As always, lovely food and good service at the Chaulais inn. The only small minus is the poor acoustics. A somewhat noisy neighboring table - did not contribute to a cozy atmosphere.

Lokal wirkt freundlich beim Eintreten. Der Raum ist hell, offen und warm. Die Reservierung klappte ausgezeichnet. Die Spezialität ist verschiedene Fleisch-Stücke in verschiedenen Grössen, mit verschiedenen Beilagen und verschiedenem Buttergeschmack. Die Bestellung gibt man auf einem Formular ab. War noch cool, leider gab es nur drei Garstufen und die Mehrheit von uns hatte zu fest durch gebratenes Fleisch. Die Art wie die einzelnen Teller gebracht werden ist originell, ein bisschen mehr lächeln des Serviceangestellten wäre schön gewesen. Die Initialen notieren ist eine schlechte Lösung, Namen wären einfacher. Funktionierte nicht wirklich bei neuen Personen. Einheimisches Bier ist bis zu einem 1 Liter Krug erhältlichen und schmeckt wenig überraschend toll. Der Rotwein war ok. Ein schöner Abend mit fein aber zu fest gebratenem Fleisch. The place seems friendly when you enter. The space is bright, open and warm. The reservation went perfectly. The specialty is various pieces of meat in different sizes, with different side dishes and different butter flavors. The order is placed on a form. It was still cool, unfortunately there were only three cooking levels and the majority of us had the meat fried too hard. The way the individual plates are brought is original, a bit more of a smile from the service staff would have been nice. Writing down the initials is a bad solution; names would be easier. Didn't really work on new people. Local beer is available up to a 1 liter mug and unsurprisingly tastes great. The red wine was ok. A lovely evening with finely but overly fried meat. Tip 1: Discuss the cooking level with the service employee

If you want the best ribeye in town, it's at Charolais Kroen Herning. Absolutely perfectly fried and there is always a very cozy atmosphere. Great recommendation from here.

We like to come here several times a year, the service has been better, think that there are quite a few young people in training right now. But the FOOD IS AMAZING! The concept is simple and the ingredients are top notch, they have control over the preparation, so we will come again to have the same great experience. This is the pinnacle of meat, they really set the benchmark for what a good steak can taste like. And compared to other places that set up a similar concept, the price at the Charolaiskroen is very good. We recommend them!

A fantastic piece of meat. Great with free salad batter and top-up fries. Nice service without too many frills.

Really delicious ribeye steak! The prawn cocktail for starter was also good with lots of prawns. We received good and attentive service. We will definitely come again.
