Els led the way, still in her black coat from Johnny's Vintage and Leathers, and I followed—tired, hungry, but full of pride. Chili Sharwarma smelled of garlic, jet lag, and adventure. "She's crazy as a fool," she hummed, unfolding her shawarma like a Dior bag. The sauce dripped down her leather sleeve, but she said: > "Tradition endures, Harm. Even in tzatziki." I laughed. She took a bite as if making a statement. The man behind the counter looked confused—he didn't see any customers, he saw a work of art. I asked if he'd ever felt leather that carried so many stories. Best shawarma in Denmark. Really good service and the food is even better. Don't understand why people say the shawarma is dry when it's perfect with lots of flavor. Highly recommend
