We sat down at the restaurant by chance on the first day we arrived in Copenhagen without knowing that the waiter spoke Hungarian. Melinda was very nice, she came out several times to ask what we wanted and provided us with information about the locals. The sandwich was really delicious, let's thank her again. It was a pleasant experience to hear Hungarian in Copenhagen, especially in a restaurant.

The sandwiches are phenomenal, and their homemade bread is incredibly tasty. Melinda puts her heart and soul into making the sandwiches.

A Disappointing Experience Despite a Promising Setting I was curious to discover this establishment, whose atmosphere seemed pleasant and whose products were promising. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a total lack of welcome and consideration. Seated in the dining room, I waited over 30 minutes without any staff member coming to greet me or offering me the menu. Several employees passed by without even a glance, and my attempts to communicate—first in French, then in English—were ignored or brushed aside, with no effort made to understand me. Being hard of hearing, I ultimately chose to leave the premises in silence, a few minutes before closing time, feeling excluded and uncomfortable. It's not the quality of the products that I question, but the total lack of empathy and professionalism. I sincerely hope that this review will encourage the establishment to better train its staff in welcoming guests, understanding the diversity of its clientele, and basic human respect.

Perfect spot on a cold, rainy day—Chill-ee’s outside heaters kept us cozy while we enjoyed some truly great sandwiches. Warm vibes, friendly staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Chicken sandwich was decent, but rather small and didn’t contain that much chicken, and was lacking in flavor. The bread was very good and crunchy, but definitely not worth $16.
