Service only marked down due to their refurbishment which wasn't quite finished, but we knew all along and there were no surprises. Our room was clean and dust free although the corridor smelt of paint. Coffee and tea didn't look to be available in reception but it all looks to be fabulous once finished in early June 2026 I'm guessing.

In terms of location to discover Copenhagen ideal, but in terms of hotel I still see some points for improvement. Breakfast is expensive and one-sided. Hotel room we had was not very big, not what I saw in the pictures. They are renovating, but I did not notice much of that. Scary small and dark elevator. We were on the 5th floor, so the stairs were not an option. Besides breakfast you can't really eat or drink anything in the hotel. Tip: walk to the 7-eleven and get your breakfast there, better and cheaper.

Hotel under renovation, little inconvenience except for the smell of paint in the room. Nice room. Well located. Friendly staff.

Small rooms but probably standard for Europe. Hotel was renovating but staff was wonderful and attentive. This hotel should be a consideration when looking for hotels.

24/06/2025: I stopped by Dillis the day after a wedding, a little flat and hungry, and wasn't expecting much. But I was really pleasantly surprised. I got a pizza that was just sitting in the cupboard – crispy, hot, flavorful and made with obvious love. It's the kind of pizza that you take a bite of and just stop for a moment and realize that it's clear that the details have been cared for and quality ingredients have been chosen! The place has a calm and nice atmosphere, and you feel welcome right away. The staff was smiling and down to earth, and it all just felt... right. I hadn't planned to find my new favorite place that day – but I did.
13/06/2025: Super good experience, delicious food and really sweet and hardworking staff. I would definitely recommend!
