Service only marked down due to their refurbishment which wasn't quite finished, but we knew all along and there were no surprises. Our room was clean and dust free although the corridor smelt of paint. Coffee and tea didn't look to be available in reception but it all looks to be fabulous once finished in early June 2026 I'm guessing.

The location is ideal for exploring Copenhagen, but I see some room for improvement regarding the hotel. Breakfast is expensive and limited. The room we had wasn't very large, not what I saw in the photos. They're doing some renovations, but I didn't notice much of that. The elevator was a bit small and dark. We were on the fifth floor, so taking the stairs wasn't an option. Besides breakfast, there's practically nothing to eat or drink in the hotel. Tip: walk to the 7-Eleven and get your breakfast there; it's better and cheaper.

Hotel undergoing renovations; the only slight inconvenience was the smell of paint in the room. Nice room. Well located. Friendly staff.

Great location. Close to everything. Cozy and clean

Small rooms but probably standard for Europe. Hotel was renovating but staff was wonderful and attentive. This hotel should be a consideration when looking for hotels.
