The guesthouse on Christiansø – a lovely experience There were four of us on a trip and we had a really nice lunch at the guesthouse. The salted herring and the pan-fried cod tasted great – fresh and well-cooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and authentic, and the service was friendly. The women enjoyed rhubarb and lemon/lime drinks from Bornholms Mosteri, which went perfectly with the food. Unfortunately, the brewmaster had retired, so the local beer was sold out, but Grimbergen was a nice alternative. All in all, a really good experience, which can be recommended if you visit Christiansø.

Shut up it's good food. A little stiff service but it was also busy so it's okay. There were still smiles so everything was okay. The prices indicate that there is not much competition on the island but in return the quality is top notch. Exquisite and delicious

Was on the islands for the first time in many years and got the best surprise at the inn, fresh ingredients and superb taste and then the lovely service from smiling staff

Good food in a cozy atmosphere with beautiful views. Very efficient and friendly service. Perfectly prepared fish. In my opinion, Christiansø and Frederiksø are the most beautiful and atmospheric islands in the Baltic Sea.

We had lunch at the inn. Good and fast service, the food was delicious and fresh. Beautiful view. I will definitely come again.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant and its kiosk here. The latter not only sells the "island T-shirts" that can only be purchased there, but also, for example, delicious ice cream. Our favorite was the mint ice cream with extra-large chocolate pieces. Be careful! Feathered "blackheads" are lurking. A highlight for all hikers: there are pole nails that are hard to come by these days, even on renowned hiking trails. For non-hikers: these are metal plaques nailed to your wooden walking stick. In the restaurant, we treated ourselves to two cod smørrebrød. The portions were delicious but quite manageable for around 20 euros (149 DKK) each. The trilingual (Danish, English, German) service was, as usual, pleasant, entertaining, and very good.

Incredibly good food and great service, a must visit!
