Cozy and with delicious, well-prepared food of good quality, very much homemade from scratch/own breeding

We have stayed at Christie's many times before. We arrived to a very cold room with dead flies on the floor and on the windowsill. The room on the first floor is worn down and in need of renovation. The floors creak. The beds have seen better days. The food was good - but not quite as good as the other times. We are not into sweet white wine and fruity red wine, so we regretted that we had bought the wine menu. The breakfast was good but definitely not as delicious as the other times. It was also a little cold in the restaurant in the morning.

Really good 5 course menu, the wine menu went perfectly with each course. The service was exceptionally clear, a major reason why it was a good experience. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were good to sleep in and it was quiet at night. The breakfast was nice, although not the same high standard as the dinner.

Gourmet stay with 6 courses and accompanying wine menu. Super delicious food and the wine went well with everything. Nice staff and overall a really good stay.

Reception does not offer a welcome. Older rooms. Good food. Enough wine. Service ok. Breakfast is very poor compared to the dinner. Generally too expensive a stay.

Gourmet stay bought on spotdeal - We had been looking forward to visiting for a long time. We ended up ordering the suite option - Not a recommendation. Room gets ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will give the gourmet menu itself and accompanying wine 4 out of 5 stars. Wine and food tasted good. All the dishes tasted good and the wine went well with it. Seen in relation to the price, there was a good level. It was very cold both in the room and in the restaurant. It's a winter day 🥶🥶 ⭐️⭐️We want the breakfast 2 out of 5 stars - It was what it should have been. Missed more taste/quality but bread was not heated properly and seemed dry (had expected home-baked bread roll). Juice didn't taste like anything. Bacon was really good😉 The famous soft-boiled egg test fails and a classic proof of the rest of the review. Overall experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good rooms.. delicious food. 5 courses with wine menu.. The waiters were very professional and took their time... We felt very welcome.. Can definitely be recommended..

A really cozy inn with insanely delicious food, good wines and high-level service. We had a room with a wilderness bath. A wonderful experience at Christie's Sdr. Hostrup Inn Christie's Sdr. Hostrup Kro delivers on all fronts. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic - well prepared, tasty and beautifully presented. The main course and dessert in particular made a big impression. It is clear that there is a focus on quality and good raw materials. The inn is located in beautiful surroundings, which are worth exploring if you want to stretch your legs after a nice meal. I can highly recommend a visit - both for the food, the service and the relaxed atmosphere. It is definitely a place I will return to!
