In contrast to several of the city's supermarkets, there is always consistently good and friendly service here. The employees are positive, service minded and seem to have a good collegiality which affects the customer experience. Thumbs up to both employees and those who recruit. I can see that you have just got a new colleague and here too there seems to be the same care for friendly service. Of course, it is not a life-changing experience to buy your morning coffee from a positive employee rather than a grumpy one, but it does make a small difference... So thanks for that.
