Excellent hotel with direct access to the airport. Spacious rooms. Room cleanliness could be improved.

The breakfast here was one of the best we have and we have traveled all over the world. The coffee was delicious. Easy access to the airport with covered walkway and covered walkway to train station. Downtown for shopping is only 10-15 minutes away and train is very clean. Great customer service all around when we were stranded from our airline and they had to put us up in a hotel with food for 3 extra days

The rooms are stylish and comfortable, having a drinking glasses was a thoughtful touch. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, featuring both a separate shower and a soaking tub. Great breakfast! The staff was friendly and informative. The best part is the convenience: being directly connected to both the airport and the metro makes transit effortless. I'll definitely be back!

I found the services of the check in/house keeping staff of this hotel quite poor for the rates the hotel charges. They were unfriendly and unhelpful especially when we were arriving late night. Neither housekeeping nor front desk answered the call until I tried more than 3 times. Even when I asked why they had not answered the call, I had no word of apology. They told me dental kits had been sold out when I asked for one. The male staff who checked us in didn't even bother to inform me of the basic required information such as the breakfast time (until I finally asked), and did not sound keen to work or help at all. To be fair, I found the breakfast good and the restaurant staffs very friendly (in contrast to the check in counter staffs). In particular, the gentleman named STELIOS was caring about individual customers with genuinely friendly and pleasant gestures and smiling face although he appeared to be the busiest staff amongst all. I belive that what makes the people come back to the same service business place such as hotels is in the friendliness and sincerity in the gestures of the staffs working for the business

Luv LUV Love this hotel ~ cuz its dogs/ pet friendly🥰😍🥰😍🥰🐾 doggos' owners were probably thinking i've gone mad and yes i admit i went madly in love with all the doggos.!! Plus owners did not mind cuz they all smiled at mi.!!! Kudos to all the cleaning staff as they help maintained the cleanliness of the entire hotel🥳 Check.in was a breeze as my attention was on the doggos whilst my hubby checked us in. Room was spacious, though the door lock was just hanging off the wall. Floor to ceiling glass window for us to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks everywhere.! Hotel is also a 3 - 5 minute walk to the airport.!!

Super convenient for flights, quick stay, very nice and clean rooms.

The location is absolutely perfect, very friendly and helpful staff, serves the absolute best breakfast here, always plan one or two nights here to avoid the stress of having the train arrive on time when you have a flight to catch when traveling abroad, we'll soon be back again..

I am so grateful we booked this hotel after being stranded in Copenhagen due to several missed connections during the busy Christmas season. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are large and comfortable, service is great, and having the pool and sauna took our minds off the sadness and frustration of our situation. The location is perfect - directly adjacent to the airport (you don’t even need to go outside) and 15 min by metro to Nyhavn. I hope I don’t have to stay here again but I would not hesitate to do so if the circumstances require!

Fantastic stay! The reception team was incredibly friendly and fun, which made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Having a direct entrance to the airport was extremely convenient and made my trip much easier. Highly recommended!❤️ God Jul!
